California Injury PLC abides by all state and federal laws protecting personally identifying information, protected health information, protected class information and any other private or sensitive information (including information potentially protected by attorney-client privilege) as required by law. This information is not disclosed to third-parties except where applicable by law.  Usage of this site does not create an attorney-client relationship or obligation. Minors may not inquire about our services without parental consent.

Your Rights Under California Law

California Injury, PLC. reserves the right to verify the identity, validity and legality of any request for personal data.  Site visitors who make a verified request for their personal information also have the right to request that all data collected about them in the previous 12-month period be deleted. If additional time beyond the initial 45-day window is required by California Injury, PLC. to produce your personal data, a one-time 90-day extension notification will be sent to the requestor, detailing the reasons for any delay.  This notification will be sent before the first 45 days has expired.
